Our Story
It all started with my kids.
Long before BuggOut Balloons & Decor became a business, it was simply a fun way for me to make my children’s birthdays feel extra special. I loved creating balloon displays, custom party favors, and personalized treats just to see their excitement.
Then something unexpected happened.
Friends and family started asking if I could do the same for their celebrations. I couldn’t believe people would actually pay me to do something I genuinely loved. That’s when I realized this passion could become something bigger.
As I continued learning new balloon techniques, event styling, and custom décor, BuggOut grew into the business it is today, helping families, businesses, and organizations celebrate life’s biggest moments.
Why BuggOut?
People ask me all the time, “Where did the name BuggOut come from?”
Long before I started decorating events, when I was just a kid, a close childhood friend gave me the nickname “Netta Bugg” and the name just stuck & almost became an alter ego. As I started creating balloon displays, I realized I always liked adding a little more than people expected. More color. More creativity. More wow.
I would joke that I was always “bugging out” with my decorations.
The name stuck.
Today, BuggOut isn’t just my nickname. It’s my promise to go above and beyond to create celebrations that people remember long after the last balloon comes down.
